Cross-country paradise Going
On the sunny plateaus of Going, Ellmau, Scheffau and Söll all located in the Kaiser Mountains, beginners as well as advanced skiers can enjoy fantastic runs on perfectly prepared cross-country ski runs.
Going is the ideal connection to the 225 km long cross-country skiing area alongside the mountain range Wilder Kaiser. The hilly landscape at the foothill of these majestic mountains is just ideal for cross-country skiing.
The marvellous Kaiser cross-country ski run passes right behind our Apartment bed and breakfast Auhof with a total length of 170 km.
But there are even more fantastic cross-country ski runs for winter sport enthusiasts to choose from: the trails Blattlloipe in Going, the Sunnseitloipe in Söll and the Sonnenloipe in Scheffau.
The illuminated night cross-country ski trail in Scheffau offers you a unique experience: the 1,1 km long run in Scheffau is being covered with snow coming from snow cannons and is illuminated up until 21.30 o'clock. The trail is also the ideal connection to Söll and Ellmau.
